HOW TO BE BORN AGAIN

This topic gives the Biblical view of how to be born again to have everlasting life.

 

This is foundational to the Christian belief system.

 

Unfortunately, the topic is blurred and slurred by unbiblical guesswork without clear teaching.

Most Christian circles talk about eternal life but few fail to deliver the specific instruction for how to be born again.

 

Too many church groups don't even address the topic. Ouch!

 

Every denominational group has their own view of the topic.

 

One denomination teaches you have to pray the sinners prayer and repent of your sins.

 

Another group teaches you need to be water baptized.

​

And yet another teaches that good works are required to be saved.

​

None of these are true if the Bible is right.

​

Only the Bible accurately gives the criteria for how to be born again.

​

It provides the answer clearly in Romans verse 10.

​

"That if thou shalt confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

​

Ephesians 2:9 provides the condition to be saved. 

​

For by grace are we saved through faith and not by works lest any man should boast.

​

We are not saved by being good.

​

We can be saved because Jesus Christ was good. He paid the ultimate sacrifice for each of us.

 

He laid down his life to pay the price for all sin and shortcoming, including ours.

​

We are saved 100% by grace and nothing else.

​

We are saved by confessing Jesus Christ as our Lord and believing that God raised him from the dead.

​

This is a condition of the heart. This can pay off for eternity.
