How To Be Your Good Weight Naturally
No fads, gimmicks, or special diets.
The obesity epidemic appeared in the US in 1976–1980 and then spread across Westernized countries.
CDC reports the prevalence of obesity is 40.3% and 9.4% for severe obesity in the U.S.
What happened? It didn't use to be this way.
Trim, good looking bodies were everywhere in the early 70's and before.
Three square meals per day was common. It was breakfast, lunch, and supper.
It was regular meals around a regular work schedule and weight problems were none-existent for the mass crowd.
The body's metabolism works naturally like a clock.
The body's natural metabolism is trained and adapts to three square meals per day.
Fat is burned between meals and after supper. Fat burning continues all evening and right up to breakfast the next day.
Make the fat fall off three times every day:
- Between breakfast and lunch
- Between lunch and supper
- Between supper and breakfast, including while you sleep.
Here's more.
With each meal, eat a quality pure protein first, then a clean carb, and greens or fresh vegetables.
Avoid highly processed foods and all foods having a long list of chemical additives, including high-process meats.
Note: A sweet in your day will kill fat burning capacity for the day. Think about no sweets for 30, 60, or 90 days until you have acquired the result you want.
Caffeinated coffee kills fat-burning metabolism. If you must, just one cup after 10 a.m.
If you need a snack, avocado is great with Himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Exercise thirty to sixty minutes per day to burn calories. It's best first thing in the morning.
Sixty minutes of exercise accomplishes almost 3X more fat burn than one thirty minutes.
Avoid genetically modified foods. They are poison to the body. The body can't recognize them as food.
May every part of your life be filled with health, attraction, love, physical ability, and success in all you do.
