Hydration
The body is approximately 60% water.
The brain is approximately 73% to 75% water.
Some experts say a large share of Americans aren't drinking an adequate amounts of water daily and are chronically dehydrated.
This means the tissues, organs, and health systems of the entire body, including the brain, cannot function at designed capacity.
Dehydration puts every body part and health function in jeopardy.
Every cell is like a hydraulic dam.
The job of a hydraulic dam is to convert water to energy.
The water at the top of the dam falls to the bottom of the dam, and in doing so, turns turbine generator at the dam to produce energy for the city.
When water goes into the body it functions just like the water at a hydraulic dam.
Water starts at the top of each cell and falls. That produces energy for the body at the cell level.
Hydration is vital to every complex function of every cell.
Basic for drinking water:
Every day fresh out of bed, two cups of water should be the first addition to every new day.
Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces.
For example, a 200 pound person should drink 100 ounces of water per day.
Water in a glass jar is better than drinking from a plastic bottle to eliminate microplastics from entering your body.
I put three glass bottles, each 33 ounces, in my kitchen window-sill to take in light. Light structures the water.
The water warms to room temperature. Room temperature water is best for the natural enzymes in the digestive system of the body.
This is ideal for consumption.
ADVANCED:
A normal habit of drinking water can be enhanced for far more benefit to every cell.
Let's talk about hydrogen water.
This is a phenomenon for taking drinking water to an entirely new level for benefit to every cell.
