Circulation
The Four-fold functions of the circulation system is to deliver the four elements of life:
1. Nutrition
2. Hydration
3. Oxygen
4. Detox
When the human body is young, circulation happens ten times per minute.
As we age, it slows to once per minute.
As we age more, it slows to once per ten minutes.
As this point, the body's ability to receive all four functions in the delivery system through circulation is dramatically diminished.
The largest organ in the body is the capillary system.
The capillaries are so small, one hundred of them could fit into a strand of hair.
There are enough capillaries within one human body to wrap around the earth two and a half times.
The job of the capillaries is to deliver the four elements of life to every cell.
Between the heart, arteries, veins, and capillary system, systolic movement is accomplished throughout the body..
One could say, the four-fold functions of circulation are "life giving".
Without these four, how could the body continue to exist?
Daily exercise is thought to be the number one way to improve circulation.
The circulation we receive daily through exercise can make a resounding difference over a lifetime.
