Longevity Tips From Ancient Asia
Much can be learned from Asian health culture - now over six-thousand years old.
U.S. culture is just two-hundred and fifty years old.
I'm sharing with you what I learned from them.
The spine is the nerve center of the body and the pathway to all instructions for the body.
The Asians are masters of movement to keep the spine nimble, free, and functional.
In some of these Asian cultures, one hundred healthy years and more are quite common.
The entire skeletal system is a vital part of the longevity plan.
Nerves, tendons, ligaments, and muscles all have connection with to the bones.
Wise Asians have learned to respect the vital skeletal system and all of its connections and function.
Among them is gentle exercise.
Through gentle exercise, we can achieve circulation, improved distribution of nutrients, and signals to the muscles to operate most efficiently.
Exercise is:
- easy, not hard
- comfortable, not uncomfortable
- pleasant, not grueling
- soothing, not painful
Gentle pleasant exercise offers benefits through movement.
As we age, the conditions within the body change.
Are we adjusting to change gracefully through light, easy, gratifying exercise and movement?
